today when i was walking back home from Central MTR Station, I met an American Gentleman. The scene started with I helped to hold the door for him and then he started to ask " it is an obligation to be helpful in those uniforms, right?"
And we started the chat for quite sometime.
I just find that I really have to be aware of what I was doing when I am in uniform, and behave well. Coz people knows my company well...... and too well actually...
Just any people walking in the street may be my customers and my customers-to- be!
