English Service Language

I have been listening to English for the whole day.
I missed the days when Roman where giving lectures and foul languages and slangs were all over the places, and now I have to learn how to speak formally and elegantly.

Excuse me, Sir, We are serving Cocktails now. May I offer you a drink?
Yes, Certainly!

There are many more things that we have learned today. I thought English would be easy for me. The result is: TOTALLY NOT!
